Stephen David Jones has collaborated with everyone from Kim Wilde to Melanie B, Rick Wakeman to the Dave Clarke Five. A diverse writer and producer, he has written music for Warner, Sony Music, Acid Jazz Records, BBC1, SKY1, Channel 4, Aspect Records and Unity Studios. A renowned UK saxophone player, his band Brother Strut consists of the world’s most established funk and soul musicians, who’ve collectively played on over half a billion records sold, and were the first independent band to sell out KOKO in Camden with no promoter, no agent and no label. His latest project is an alter-ego called ‘Joe Publick’; Bringing The Noise is a collaboration with producer Richard Craker (Liam Gallagher, DNCE, Dagny), showing British life’s punkier side.
A diverse writer and producer, Stephen has collaborated with Kim Wilde and Rick Wakeman and written for Warner, Sony Music, BBC1, SKY1 and Channel 4. As 'Joe Publick', he’s showcasing UK punk.
